À la surface

I played guitar quite a lot over the last decade. I’ve had countless memories of gigs with Friends. Lucie, alias Luxie, both singer and composer is one of those dear Friends that I’ve also had the chance to see evolve and capture here and there for the last few years as she started to grow creatively.

As a follow up, of her first EP “Les Flots”, Luxie released recently her new project “À la surface”.

Below you’ll find some stills that I made while on set for the clip of one of her new song “Even in the night” that she’ll release very soon.

All the photos with the dancers were taken in one day at the “Olympiades” in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. It was my first experience using a point & shoot film camera. I do like the look of it, especially the blurriness of the arms in the night. It was all an happy accident.
